Our organization is aware that we are in a period where the entire world must work together to ensure the healthy continuity of human existence and a sustainable environment in harmony with all elements of nature. With this understanding, our business approach is evaluated in three dimensions in all activities, decisions are made accordingly, and the value creation process is managed with attention to these dimensions. The Sustainability Policy has been prepared in line with our founding values, core working principles, business ethics, and global objectives, serving as our organization's business constitution. The Sustainability Policy serves as a guide for the implementation of all activities and decision-making processes and covers all global stakeholders who are directly or indirectly involved in the value chain.

The Sustainability Policy is built on three directly related focus areas. Our organization believes that sustainable economic development is possible with an inclusive approach, individual environmental and social
awareness, and a healthy environment.
1.1. Business Approach Focused on “Inclusive Development”
Our organization, operating in the Tourism Accommodation Sector, embraces a sustainable business approach in line with global goals, together with all its employees, business partners, and stakeholders, and
believes that economic development should be achieved in a way that encompasses all of humanity and all elements of the environment.
In this context, our organization's business approach focused on “Inclusive Development” is outlined below:
- Enabling the use of innovative technologies that contribute to sustainable development,
- Giving importance to stakeholder participation in decision-making processes by taking into account the wishes and expectations of stakeholders,
- Ensuring that the sustainability perspective becomes part of the corporate culture and striving to raise awareness in this area among both employees and stakeholders,
- Undertaking to actively share sustainability efforts and experiences with all stakeholders,
- Providing opportunities for all kinds of efforts to ensure sustainability in the supply chain,
- Measuring and evaluating the economic, environmental, and social impacts of all activities and taking improvement actions to reduce negative impacts,
- Being transparent, complying with basic business ethics rules, and fighting corruption.

Our organization conducts all of its activities and business processes with a focus on protecting human health, supporting human development, and ensuring equal opportunities. It focuses on establishing innovative, reliable, and accessible work and living environments that enable sustainable human development.
Our organization believes that sustainability can be achieved through the development of social structures, employee loyalty, and continuity, and that individuals must understand all aspects of the social structure in which they exist and consider their existence in relation to the health of that social structure.
In this context, our organization's “socially conscious” approach to business is outlined below:
- In all areas and regions where we operate, both in terms of sectoral and social initiatives, we pay the utmost attention to issues such as ensuring and protecting equal opportunities, primarily through the widespread provision of quality education, and safeguarding social health.
- Developing and implementing practices that improve occupational health and safety is considered an integral part of the business.
- Opportunities are created to develop social projects and establish collaborations that contribute to the social and economic development of the community and local stakeholders in the areas of operation, as well as local employment.
- Conditions are created to make the work environment more productive, with the aim of increasing employee loyalty and well-being.

It accepts conducting all its activities in an environmentally responsible manner as a core value and develops methods to identify and eliminate all potential negative environmental impacts in advance.
Within this scope, our organization's business approach focused on a “healthy environment” is outlined below:
- Environmental impacts are measured and reported across all areas of operation, and sector-based targets are set to drive improvement actions.
- The development and implementation of environmentally friendly products and services are facilitated.
- The procurement of environmentally friendly products is prioritized whenever possible.
- Energy efficiency initiatives are continuously monitored and developed across all sectors, with efforts made to establish the necessary infrastructure and upgrade existing systems.
- Efforts are made to increase the use of renewable energy sources (RES) in energy consumption.
- Training and awareness programs are conducted to promote efficient water use, starting with employees and extending to all stakeholders.
OUR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND WASTE MANAGEMENT POLICY
Our company protects the environment, prevents pollution, and attaches importance to protecting the environment by reducing our negative impact on it.
To this end, we:
- Comply with legal regulations and strive to reduce our environmental impact.
- Take care to effectively separate our waste according to source, type, and hazard class.
- We understand that using hazardous materials and chemicals only when necessary and in the required quantities reduces both their negative environmental impact and the amount of waste generated.
- We contribute to protecting nature by prioritizing materials labeled as “recyclable” and “environmentally friendly” in our operations. We strive to create opportunities for reuse,
- We use single-use materials such as paper, napkins, toilet paper, and packaging only as needed to minimize waste,
- We store waste properly in separate areas according to their characteristics, deliver them to licensed/authorized companies without exceeding legal storage time limits, and keep records,
- We strive to use water, energy, and all natural resources efficiently. We share this sensitivity with our employees, guests, and suppliers.
- We measure our environmental management performance, track this data against targets, and strive to improve our performance.
- We aim to educate our employees on environmental issues and increase their awareness.
OUR CHILDREN'S RIGHTS POLICY
Children are the future. It is our primary responsibility to recognize them as individuals, respect their rights, and protect them from all forms of psychological, physical, commercial, and other forms of exploitation.
To ensure this,
- We do not allow child labor in our own institutions and expect the same sensitivity from all our business partners.
- We provide environments/opportunities within our business that contribute to children's development, where they can freely express their thoughts, desires, and feelings, and feel free and comfortable.
- We provide training to our employees on preventing and recognizing child abuse.
- We ensure that children are under adult supervision during activities they participate in.
- We organize training sessions to raise awareness about the protection of children's rights and support related projects.
- If we witness any suspicious actions involving children, we first inform hotel management and, if necessary, seek assistance from official authorities.
OUR ENERGY EFFICIENCY POLICY
We use our energy efficiently to protect our world from potential dangers and set targets to reduce our energy consumption.
To this end,
- We follow national and international standards, laws, and regulations to fulfill our responsibilities to nature and our legal obligations, voluntarily carry out work to reduce energy use and/or continuously improve our energy consumption performance, and monitor the results of our work.
- We set targets and include energy efficiency in our training programs to encourage employee participation.
- We prioritize collaboration with all stakeholders to create shared goals and outcomes in energy management. We strive to maintain engagement with our guests, employees, visitors, and all business partners to achieve a collective level of awareness and understanding in these areas.
- We seek to research, identify, purchase, and utilize energy-efficient products, equipment, machinery, and technology alternatives.
- We aim to document our Energy Management System, disseminate it across all departments, update it as needed, review it, and continuously improve it.
- We assess energy risks or potential emergencies such as energy constraints and plan the necessary measures to be taken.
